The Senior Inside Sales Associate will be responsible for owning all generating qualified leads by telephone calling, canvassing and record upkeep to support the initial phase of the sales process. The goal is to significantly grow the number of unique encounters with prospects and to grow market share by following an aggressive growth strategy.

Core Responsibilities

  • Conduct a high volume of outbound telephone calls (or in person meetings) to prospects to identify decision makers and opportunities with the goal of setting qualified appointments for Privia Sales Representatives.
  • Act as single point of contact for new and interested providers/practices.
  • Follow-up with interested physicians and help manage opportunities to close
  • Track activities, leads, and pending deals in sales CRM, and participate in weekly sales calls
  • Contribute new ideas and share best practices with national sales team
  • Conduct background research on leads to ensure viability.
  • Follow through with communications to prospects.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 1-3 years outbound sales experience in a quota driven role
  • Strong objection management and sales techniques
  • Friendly, professional and confident in person and on the phone
  • Able to demonstrate persistence, and can overcome obstacles to achieve goals
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Motivated, metrics-driven, self-starter with an excellent work ethic
  • Able to effectively multi-task and work at a fast pace
  • Team-player with desire to grow professionally
  • Healthcare experience working with physician offices highly preferred
  • Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce.com is preferred, but not required.
  • Skill at managing a complex calendar/scheduling program
  • Strong reporting and writing skills
  • Excellent time management, communication, analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to close sales appointments.
  • Thick skin.
